Ingredients:
A sandwich baguette
150 gr of beef mince
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
2 slices of emmental cheese
Red onions, sliced
Red pepper, chopped
Iceberg lettuce, chopped
A nice drizzle of BTM sauce
Instructions:
Cook the beef mince in a hot pan with some vegetable oil, and season it with salt and pepper – that should take about 7-8 minutes on high heat
Now transfer it into the cut sandwich baguette and top with the cheese
Grill that in the oven for about 5 minutes, until the cheese has melted nicely on top
Now finish the sandwich with fresh lettuce, onions and peppers
Don’t forget the BTM sauce
