Ingredients: 1 tbsp of vegetable oil 1 red onion, chopped 1 clove of garlic, chopped 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped 100 gr of beef mince 1 tbsp of ketchup 100 ml of tomato passata 30 ml water 1 tsp of honey A pinch of salt A pinch of black pepper Serve that in a burger bun Top with: BTM sauce
Instructions: In a hot pan start by frying the onions, garlic and carrots in some vegetable oil Stir constantly, and after 3 minutes you can add in the beef mince Season with salt and pepper Cook the mince for about 10 minutes and add ketchup, tomato passata, water and honey Lower the heat and let that simmer for about 20 minutes, until thick Serve in a hot burger bun and finish it off with some BTM sauce
