200 gr of thick pork bacon
5 tbsp of Royal Umami sauce
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
Top with:
Spring onions
Sesame seeds
Lemon wedges

Cut the bacon to bite sized pieces and place in bowl
Pour over the Royal Umami and mix nicely
Place the bowl in the fridge and let the meat marinade for at least an hour
When ready, take it out and start frying in a hot pan with vegetable oil
Stir regularly and cook for 6-7 minutes
Serve and top with sesame seeds and spring onions
