Triple Decker Sandwich

Ingredients:
3 thick slices of bread
2 slices of emmental cheese
1 tbsp of chopped red onions
1 chicken breast, seasoned with salt and black pepper
A handful of chopped iceberg and romaine lettuce
BTM sauce

Instructions:
Roast the chicken breast in the oven, set to 180C, for about 20 minutes
Take it out and using 2 forks - pull it apart so pulled chicken forms
Mix in 1 tbsp of BTM sauce - this will season it further and will make it awesome
Layer the sandwich and enjoy
