Ingredients (for 3-4 servings): 150/200 gr of pizza dough 5 tbsp of pizza sauce/ tomato sauce/ basil sauce 150 gr of boneless chicken thighs, cut into strips 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks 1 small red onion, sliced to thin rings ½ tsp of salt ½ tsp of dried oregano ½ tsp of paprika powder ½ tsp of black pepper 1 tbsp of vegetable oil 50 gr of grated mozzarella Top with: Black garlic sauce Fresh basil
Instructions: In a hot pan, add vegetable oil, and start by frying the chicken Season with salt, black pepper, oregano and paprika powder Cook it for about 2-3 minutes, so it gets brown on all sides - it will finish cooking inside the oven on top of the pizza Now, shape your dough into a rectangle and top with the pizza sauce Now you can layer on top the chicken, peppers, onions and mozzarella cheese Bake in the oven, set to 200C, for about 10-12 minutes Serve and enjoy with black garlic sauce
