Ingredients: 150 gr of noodles 1 carrot, peeled and cut into long and thin strips 1 red bell pepper, cut into long and thin strips Spring onions Salt, black pepper 1 tbsp of sesame oil Lemon wedges Sesame seeds 2 tbsp of Goma Dressing
Instructions: Cook the noodles, following the instructions on the package, drain and rinse - you want them to be cold Season them with salt, black pepper and sesame oil - toss them nicely in all that and place in a bowl Mix in the spring onions, carrots, peppers and sesame seeds Serve in a salad plate and top with Goma Dressing and lemon wedges
