Ingredients: 2 hot dog buns 2 hot dogs, grilled For the chilli: 1 tbsp of vegetable oil 1 clove of garlic, chopped 1 small red onion, chopped 1 small carrot, peeled and chopped 50 gr of cooked red kidney beans 100 gr of beef mince 200 gr of chopped tomatoes from a can 50 ml of water 1 tsp of salt 1 tsp of black pepper 1 tsp of dried oregano 1 tsp of honey

Instructions: Start the chili in a soup pot Add vegetable oil and start by frying the onions, garlic and carrots After 2 minutes you can add in the beef mince and season with salt, pepper and oregano Cook that, stirring regularly, for about 10 minutes and now you can add in the chopped tomatoes, honey and the water Lower the heat and add in the red kidney beans as well Let that simmer for about 30 minutes Assemble the hot dogs, top with chili, onions, jalapenos and a nice drizzle ot BTM sauce
