Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
250 gr of ground lamb
1 tbsp of chopped red onions
1 clove of garlic, diced
1 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
Serve with:
Courgettes, sliced and grilled for 3 minutes on each side (seasoned with fresh thyme and salt
Cabbage, sliced into wedges - seasoned with salt, black pepper and fresh thyme - roasted for 20 minutes in the oven, set to 200C
Grilled lemon
Feta cheese
Smokey Americaine

Instructions:
Mix all the meatballs ingredients in a bowl and form meatballs - about 4-5 will come out 
Grill them for 3-4 minutes on each side and serve with the rest of the grilled and roasted ingredients
Enjoy with a dip of Smokey Americaine
