General Tso’s Chicken

Ingredients: 150 gr of chicken thighs, cut into chunks 5 tbsp of cornstarch, seasoned with 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of paprika powder and 1 tsp of black pepper 150 ml of General Tso’s Sauce 1 dry ghost chilli pepper Serve with: Cooked rice Sesame seeds Spring onions
Instructions: Roll the chicken in the seasoned cornstarch and deep fry in hot oil until golden, about 5-6 minutes Take it out on a kitchen paper, so some of the fat will be removed In a hot pan, add the fried chicken and pour in the sauce with the ghost chilli pepper Let it coat nicely and lower the heat for a minute Serve over cooked rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions
